Every price in one place · fixed fees, in writing

The price is clear before the first line of code.

No vague estimates, no hourly meter, no surprise invoice. Every public price we have is on this page — from a one-page scroll story to a cinematic site with working machinery behind it. For AI, custom systems and apps, here’s exactly how you get to a fixed quote in writing.

Four ways to work together

Pick the cut. The price is on the label.

The top tier, live

A cinematic site that takes orders.

The Director’s Cut is the film and the machinery under one roof — and it isn’t a mockup. Beshamel, a home-cooking restaurant chain in Sofia, runs both on a site we built.

  • A cinematic scroll hero on a trilingual site — Bulgarian, English and Russian.
  • Its own online-ordering system — no platform commissions; orders reach the kitchen every day.
  • Menus, ToGo, corporate catering, franchise and careers — one Laravel build.
  • Tapicera, an upholstery workshop, runs on Laravel too — enquiries land straight with the workshop.

Design Sprint · €900

See it move before you commit.

Not sure which cut fits — or want proof before the big decision? Start with paid discovery: a strategy call, an audit of your content and structure, and a working, animated hero concept. Not a static mockup. You see your site moving before you commit to the full build.

  • Strategy call — what the site has to do, for whom, and how we’ll know it works
  • Content and structure audit — what you have, what’s missing, what can wait
  • A working animated hero concept — in the browser, not in a slide deck
  • Credited in full to any project that goes ahead

Online stores

Twenty thousand products? We quote it properly.

A store like ToyTown isn’t a package — it’s a platform. Online stores get a fixed quote after a 30-minute call; full commerce platforms sit in the Director’s Cut range, from €12,000.

  • 20,000+ toys from 174 brands — imported automatically from 6 supplier feeds, on a schedule.
  • 11 sections and 60 subcategories — thousands of products categorized with AI.
  • Courier shipping labels straight from the admin — plus discount codes, loyalty points and campaigns.
  • Live since October 22, 2026 — old customers and orders migrated.

Per project

No two alike. So no price list.

An AI receptionist for a clinic and a warehouse system wired to couriers are different worlds. Instead of a price list you get something better: a fixed quote in writing after a free 30-minute call.

How you get to a fixed quote

  1. 01

    Free call

30 minutes: what it has to do, for whom, and what it connects to. Honest — including when you don’t need us.

  2. 02

    Scope on paper

What goes into the first version and what can wait. Clear, without the jargon.

  3. 03

    Fixed quote

Price and timeline in writing. Free, and no obligation until you say yes.

  4. 04

    You decide

Say yes and we start — you watch the build on a live link from the first days. Say no and you owe nothing.

What moves the price

You pay for the work. Not the noise.

Four things drive the price of anything custom. On the call we go through them one by one — and tell you what’s worth it now and what can wait.

Scope

How many pages, scenes, screens and features. A well-chosen first version costs less than everything at once.

Integrations

Payments, couriers, accounting, suppliers — every link to another system is its own piece of work, scoped in writing.

Content and languages

How much copy, photography and how many language versions — and whether you bring them or we shape them together.

Data and automation

Product imports, admin panels, AI on your data — the more work the system takes off your hands, the more there is to build.

What doesn’t move the price: how many questions you ask. The call is free, and so is the proposal. If something bigger comes up mid-build, you get its price in writing before we start on it.

Payment and guarantees

Our promises are on paper.

Everything we promise is written down. Everything you pay is invoiced.

A fixed fee, in writing

You know the exact sum and the timeline before we start. No hourly meter, no “extras” at the end.

Invoiced by Kraftora EOOD

The company behind Silkern. How and when you pay is written into your proposal.

Design Sprint, credited

Start with the €900 Sprint, and the full €900 comes off the build that follows.

A live link from the first days

Watch the build on a staging URL and comment as you go — no surprises at the end.

30 days of care included

The first month after launch is on us. After that, care is optional — with no lock-in.

Everything is yours

The code, the domain, the content. Stop care any month and take it all with you.

You’re not paying for promises. Six projects in the portfolio are live right now — ToyTown, Valerie Comfort, AVA PRIME, Beshamel, Tapicera and TITAN.

Questions

The money questions.

How much will my website cost?

One-page scroll stories start at €3,500, full cinematic sites at €7,500, and sites with working machinery — ordering, booking, admin — at €12,000. The exact number is a fixed fee, agreed in writing after one scoping call. Never an hourly meter, never a surprise invoice.

Are these prices final?

“From” is where each range begins, and next to it you see where most projects land. After the call you get one fixed fee in writing — and that’s the number on the invoice, unless you decide to add something.

Are there hidden fees?

No. The only other numbers are monthly — care after the first 30 days, and advertising if you want it. You hear them now, not a month in.

What if I want more during the build?

You get the price in writing before we start on it — and you decide. Nothing is added to the bill without your yes.

What exactly is the Design Sprint?

€900 for a strategy call, a content and structure audit, and a working animated hero concept — not a static mockup. You see your site moving before you commit to the full build, and the €900 is credited toward any project that goes ahead.

Is the ad budget included in the €300 a month?

No. €300/month is the management of your Google Ads. The budget is yours and stays with you — you pay Google directly and see every euro.

Why don’t AI, systems and apps have a public price?

Because no two are alike. After a free 30-minute call you get a fixed quote in writing — price and timeline, with no obligation.

Is monthly care mandatory?

No. The first 30 days after launch are included. After that you decide — care is optional, with no lock-in; leave any month and the site stays yours.

Can I start small and grow later?

Yes — that’s what The Short is for. It’s built so it can grow into a Feature, and when you’re ready for ordering, booking or an admin, the Director’s Cut builds on what’s already there. Each step gets its own fixed fee in writing.

How do I pay?

By invoice from Kraftora EOOD, the Bulgarian limited company behind Silkern. How and when you pay is written into your proposal before anything starts.

Next step

Tell us what you need. Hear the price.

Leave your name and email — the founder gets back to you within one business day for a free 30-minute call. You’ll hear a budget range on the call itself; the fixed fee follows in writing.
