The brief

At the top of the market, the website is the first viewing.

A buyer of an expensive property opens the website first — and decides right there whether the agency matches their budget. A template site with blurry photos loses trust before the first call.

AVA PRIME wanted a storefront that speaks the language of its properties — discreet, curated, tasteful. And something even more important: freedom. New property, new price, property sold — every change should reach the site straight from the office, with no middleman.

  • Impression — a luxury look from the very first frame.
  • Discovery — from “I want” to “this one” without wandering.
  • Independence — the listings are managed by the agency.

The search

Three filters. The right property.

Neighborhood, type and budget — and buyers see only what they’re looking for. Sort by recommended, price or size. Sold properties stay visible — as proof that the agency sells.

  • Six property types — apartment, penthouse, house or villa, investment, retail, land.
  • Four sort orders — recommended, price ascending, price descending, size.
  • Search from the first screen — the filters sit right on top of the cathedral shot.
  • Off-market — an invitation to enquire discreetly about properties that are never published.

The solution

Sixteen pages. One story.

From the first frame to the viewing request — every page brings a buyer or a seller one step closer to a conversation with the agency.

A property page — a large photo, size, rooms, bathrooms, price and the buttons “Book a viewing”, “Call now” and “Share”
01

A page for every property

Gallery, size, rooms, bathrooms and price at a glance. “Book a viewing”, “Call now” and “Share” — one click each.

02

Neighborhood profiles

Character, price level per square meter, the typical property and the typical buyer — with a link to the listings in the area.

03

“Sell your property”

A dedicated page for owners: three steps to a realistic price, and a free valuation request with type, neighborhood, size and rooms.

04

Market analyses

Market analysis, investment and practical advice — every article on its own page. Expertise you can see.

05

The services

Sales, purchases, property management and investment advisory — each with a clear value for the client.

06

FAQ, About, Contact

Frequently asked questions, an introduction to the agency and contact with a map. Every form with a privacy consent checkbox.

The panel

The agency publishes. The site updates.

Behind the site sits a panel where AVA PRIME adds properties, updates their details and marks the sold ones — on its own. No emails to a developer, no waiting: the change reaches the site immediately.

The panel isn’t a demo. The agency works with it every single day.

Schematic illustration. The real panel sits behind a login and isn’t shown publicly.
  1. 01

    A listing in the panel

Photos, price, neighborhood and details — entered from the agency’s office.

  2. 02

    A page on the site

The property gets its own page and joins the search and the similar-properties list.

  3. 03

    The buyer finds it

By neighborhood, type and budget — from the homepage or the catalog.

  4. 04

    A viewing request

Name, phone and a convenient time — straight from the property page.

Under the hood

Luxury in front. Logic behind.

A dark palette, serif typography and measured motion — because at this end of the market, the impression is part of the price. Behind it: listings that come from the panel, and pages that assemble themselves.

  • The search works on both the homepage and the catalog — with a “Clear” button for a fresh start.
  • On a phone, the search folds into a handy card under the thumb.
  • Picking a neighborhood on the neighborhoods page opens the catalog already filtered.
  • The code and content belong to the agency — no platform subscription.

Dynamic listings

One template, countless properties — every listing from the panel gets a page of its own.

One visual system

A dark palette, serif headlines and gold — the same language on all 16 pages.

GSAP motion

Smooth transitions and scroll reveals — luxury lives in the details.

Privacy

Consent in every form, a privacy policy and terms of use.

The screens

Take a closer look.

Real screens from the live site — exactly what buyers and sellers see.

The result

What the agency got.
