How much does a website cost?
The Short starts at €3,500 (expect €3,500–5,500), The Feature at €7,500 (expect €7,500–12,000) and The Director’s Cut at €12,000 (expect €12,000–20,000). The exact number is a fixed fee, agreed in writing after one scoping call — never an hourly meter, never a surprise invoice.
What’s the difference between The Short and The Feature?
The Short is one page — three to five scenes and one hero technique done properly — for a launch, a campaign or an announcement. The Feature tells your whole brand as a scroll-driven film: five to eight pages or scenes with the full signature motion kit. A Short is built so it can grow into a Feature later.
How long does it take?
A Short ships in 2–3 weeks, a Feature in 4–8, a Director’s Cut in 8–12. We run one flagship project at a time, so your start date is agreed upfront and your project is never queued behind someone bigger.
What do you need from me?
Photography (or the budget to source it), your brand assets and raw material for the copy — bullet points are fine, we shape them. Plus one person on your side who can make decisions. We won’t invent your story or facts about your business: the story comes from you.
Will people find me on Google?
We build the foundations: clean structure, titles and descriptions, fast loads. No honest studio can promise you the top spot. If you want clients from day one, Google Ads brings them straight away — management is €300 a month, and you pay Google directly for the ads.
Can I edit the site myself?
With The Director’s Cut you get an admin your staff can actually use — content in every language, edited in one place. On The Short and The Feature, changes go through your care plan: send us a message and it’s done.
I already have a site. What happens to it?
We build the new one from scratch and carry over the content worth keeping. Old addresses are redirected to the new ones so you don’t lose your Google rankings — on HomeKraft that’s more than 6,600 redirects.
What happens after launch?
30 days of care are included with every build. After that, Standard care is €190/month — managed hosting, backups, monitoring, updates and up to two hours of changes. Priority is €390/month: five hours, a quarterly motion refresh, first in line. No lock-in.
Who owns the site?
You do, completely. On final payment you receive the full codebase and files, and the domain is registered in your name. Hosting runs under your care plan or on your own account — your choice. If you ever move on, you take everything with you.
We’re an agency — can you build for us quietly?
Yes — that’s Second Unit. You send finished design files, we return motion-first builds under NDA, with or without credit. Your client stays your client.
