Custom systems. Stop working for your spreadsheets.

We build the software that runs your business from the inside — orders, stock, customers, invoices, couriers and suppliers in one place. Cut to fit your processes, not the other way round. Your team stops retyping and starts selling.

Sound familiar?

The business grows. The chaos grows faster.

Orders in the inbox, stock in a spreadsheet, customers on WhatsApp, shipping labels typed by hand. Each tool works on its own. Together they eat your team’s day.

01

Five tools, zero connection

Store, inventory, accounting, courier — and someone retyping between them all day long.

02

A spreadsheet in twelve versions

“Final_v2_NEW.xlsx”. Nobody knows which one is right — or who changed what.

03

Shipping labels by hand

Every parcel: copy, paste the address, the phone, the amount. Every typo: a parcel coming back.

04

Renting someone else’s process

Off-the-shelf software makes you work its way — and bills you for every new hire.

Our rule is simple: anything a person does the same way every day, the system does. People stay on what brings in money — customers, sales, decisions.

What we build

One business. One system.

We start with the module that hurts most and add more as the business grows. Every module talks to the others — data goes in once and shows up everywhere.

CRM — customers and sales

A record for every customer, the full history of orders and conversations, tasks and reminders. Nobody slips through the cracks.

ERP and inventory

Stock, deliveries, warehouses and movements. You know what you have — and what’s running out before it runs out.

Orders and shipping labels

Statuses, bulk actions and courier shipping labels straight from the panel — one click, not copy and paste.

Invoices and documents

Quotes, invoices, delivery notes and contracts that fill themselves in from the data already in the system.

Internal panels

An admin cut to fit your team: everyone sees their own work. Spreadsheet-style tables for bulk edits — without losing control.

Client portals

Your customers check orders, documents and statuses themselves — instead of calling to ask.

Online ordering and booking

Your own ordering or booking system, with no platform commission — like the one Beshamel runs on.

Integrations

Couriers, suppliers, payments and installments, accounting — the system talks to everything you already use.

AI on your data

Ask the system in plain words, categorize thousands of products, draft quotes — automatically, with a person to approve.

Inside

Three modules that give you hours back.

Illustrations of modules we already build for clients — drawn with sample data, because the real panels sit behind their owners’ passwords.

Module · Orders

A hundred orders. One click.

Select the orders, hit “Create shipping labels” — and the tracking numbers are already in the orders. That’s exactly how ToyTown’s admin works: statuses, bulk actions and Speedy shipping labels straight from the panel.

  • Statuses, filters and search that find anything in seconds
  • Bulk actions on hundreds of orders at once
  • Courier shipping labels without opening the courier’s website
  • The tracking number goes to the customer the moment an order ships

Module · Imports and inventory

Suppliers send. The system sorts.

ToyTown gets its stock from 6 suppliers. The system imports it on a schedule, sorts thousands of products into ToyTown’s own structure of 11 sections and 60 subcategories with the help of AI, and updates stock levels — without anyone touching a spreadsheet.

  • Automatic import of products, prices and stock from supplier feeds
  • AI categorization and translation of the whole catalog
  • Bulk editing in a table — like a spreadsheet, but with rules
  • Shipments split by supplier warehouse — as at HomeKraft

Module · CRM

Every customer. The whole story.

Orders, calls, quotes and notes in one place — plus a nudge when it’s time to call. AI flags who’s ready to reorder before they drift to a competitor.

  • A customer record with the full history of orders and conversations
  • Tasks and reminders for the team — nothing depends on memory
  • Campaigns, discount codes and loyalty points
  • Roles and permissions — everyone sees exactly what they need

Integrations

It talks to everything you already use.

Your system isn’t an island. We connect it to your couriers, suppliers, payments and accounting — data moves on its own, with nobody in the middle retyping it.

  • Couriers — shipping labels from the panel and shipments split by warehouse. ToyTown and HomeKraft ship with Speedy straight from their admin.
  • Suppliers — products, prices and stock imported automatically, on a schedule.
  • Payments and installments — card payments and buy-on-installments. For HomeKraft we’re building the link to UniCredit Consumer Financing.
  • Accounting — an export, or a direct link to your accountant’s software.
  • Email and alerts — automatic emails to customers and alerts to the team.

AI inside the system

Ask your system. It answers.

AI isn’t a separate toy. We build it in where it saves hours — in the catalog, in customer records, in documents. A person approves; AI does the legwork.

Example scenario

What sold best in the spring promotion — and is anything about to run out?

Top three: the garden lounge set, the rattan armchair and the 3 m parasol — 412 orders in total. The parasol drops below minimum stock on Thursday. Shall I draft a supplier order?

Yes. Cover two weeks of sales.

Done ✓ The draft is in Purchasing → Drafts, waiting for your approval.

AI categorization

Thousands of products sorted into the right categories — as in ToyTown’s catalog.

AI translation

More than 8,000 HomeKraft products translated from English into Bulgarian with AI.

Questions in plain words

“What sold worst this month?” — an answer in seconds, no report to wait for.

Documents that write themselves

Quotes, emails and product copy — AI drafts, a person approves.

Proof

Not in theory. In daily use.

Our systems run real businesses every day — orders, shipments, listings, kitchens. We show you the storefronts; the panels stay behind our clients’ passwords.

The honest comparison

Spreadsheets, a SaaS tool or your own system?

If off-the-shelf software fits you, use it — we’ll tell you so on the call. But when your process is your own, this is where the difference shows.

Spreadsheets and email Works — while you’re three people Every day, by hand In ten files and three inboxes Retyping “Free” — until you count the hours You — in twelve versions Bursts at the seams

How we work

From chaos to a system — in four steps.

  1. 01

    A call about the process

30 minutes, free: how an order, a customer or a task moves through your business today — and where the hours leak.

  2. 02

Module map and a fixed quote

We break the system into modules, with price and timeline in writing. You start where it hurts most.

  3. 03

    Built in the open

A working version on a live staging URL from the first days. Your team tries it on real cases and comments as we go.

  4. 04

    Data, training, launch

We move your data over from spreadsheets or the old system, walk the team through it and go live. 30 days of care included.

Price

A fixed fee. Before the first line of code.

Every system is different, so we don’t pull a price from a catalog. After a free 30-minute call you get a written quote: modules, timeline and the final figure. No hourly meter, no surprise invoice at the end.

01

The modules

How many parts the system has: orders, inventory, CRM, documents, a client portal.

02

The roles

Who sees and does what: owner, warehouse, sales, accounts.

03

The integrations

Couriers, suppliers, payments, accounting — every connection is its own piece of work.

04

The data

How much data — and what kind — we bring over from spreadsheets or your old software.

Custom systems — priced per project, fixed in writing after a free 30-minute call. No commitment until you say yes.

Request a quote

Want the machinery behind a cinematic website? Online ordering or booking, payments, multilingual content and an admin your staff can actually use, built into the site itself — that’s The Director’s Cut, from €12,000. Beshamel’s ordering system and Tapicera are both live proof.

Zero risk

The risk is ours, not yours.

Fixed fee in writing

You know the exact figure and the timeline before we start. No hourly rates.

You see it all, live

The system sits on a live staging URL from the first days. Your team tries it while we build.

Module by module

Start with what matters most and add more once you’ve seen results. You never pay for features you don’t use.

The code and data are yours

No per-seat fees, no lock-in. Care is optional — stop whenever you like.

FAQ

Before you ask.

Can’t find your question? Write to us or ask our AI assistant — it answers right away.

How much does a custom system cost?

It depends on the modules, roles, integrations and the data we bring over — so we don’t quote a number out of thin air. After a free 30-minute call you get a fixed quote in writing: price, timeline and exactly what’s included. No hourly rates.

How long does it take?

It depends on the scope, and the timeline goes into the quote. We work module by module: a working version sits on a live staging URL from the first days, and the most important module goes into use before the rest.

Why not just use off-the-shelf software?

If it fits, use it — we’ll tell you honestly. A custom system pays off when your process is genuinely your own, when you’re paying per-seat subscriptions for features you never touch, or when your team loses hours retyping between tools.

Can you move our data over from spreadsheets or the old software?

Yes. We migrate customers, products, orders and history — as we did for ToyTown, where the old customers and orders moved into the new system.

Who owns the code and the data?

You do. The code, the database and the domain are in your name. There are no per-seat fees, and care is optional — no lock-in.

Is it secure? What about personal data?

Access is role-based — every employee sees only what they need. Connections are encrypted (SSL), and under a care plan we run regular backups and monitor the system. We collect personal data only where it’s genuinely needed.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes — the panels run in the browser on desktop, tablet and phone. If your team works in the field and needs more, we also build a mobile app.

What happens after launch?

30 days of care are included. After that, optional Care — Standard at €190/month: managed hosting, backups, monitoring, updates and up to 2 hours of changes a month. New modules get their own fixed quote.
