Is care mandatory?

No. The first 30 days after launch are included with every build. After that it’s your call — care is optional, with no lock-in.

What counts as “up to 2 hours of changes”?

The everyday things: new copy, new photos, updated prices, a new offer, a small section. Write to us and it’s live. Bigger new pieces are priced separately, in writing, before we start.

What’s the difference between Standard and Priority?

Standard (€190/month) covers managed hosting, backups, monitoring, updates and up to 2 hours of changes a month. Priority (€390/month) adds more: five hours a month, a quarterly motion refresh and first place in line.

What happens if I stop?

The site stays yours. The code, files and domain are with you — take them and host them wherever you like. Nobody can hold them hostage, us included.

Can I use my own hosting?

Yes. Tell us what you run, and we’ll build to it.

How fast do you reply?

Within one business day — and you talk directly to the person who built your site, with no account managers in between. We work in English, on your clock: your London morning is our morning; New York wakes up to finished work.

Do you look after online stores and platforms too?

Yes — on the same two plans. Standard covers hosting, backups, monitoring, updates and up to 2 hours of changes; if your catalog changes every week, Priority’s five hours usually fit better. Either way, you know the monthly figure before we start.
